Our artisanal bakery remains the heart of everything we do. Craft, patience and respect for ingredients are our foundation. As chefs, we felt the pull of smoke and fire; elemental, honest, and deeply communal. Saltbush and Smoke allows us to showcase that craftsmanship in a new way, inviting you to gather at our hearth and fireside, where food becomes a shared experience

We’ve trained in some of Britain’s most celebrated kitchens including one starred Trinity, two starred Marcus and most recently three starred Moor Hall and we use all of this experience to elevate smoked meats, marinated fish and fire-kissed vegetables. Dishes designed to complement quiet conversations between loved ones, spark stories across a long family table, or take centre stage in their own right.
